Training

CI-2 offers training in the key areas that define successful strategic planning efforts and successful project and program management. These classes are designed to provide students with an understanding of the core features of each area and the knowledge of how to perform the related activities within their organization.

Training Chart

All classes are taught by experienced instructors with industry-experience in the subject area. The following classes are currently available:

The classes are designed so that they can be taken in sequence that builds an individual's or a group's knowledge of methodologies that extend from project management to organizational management and strategic planning, or they can be taken individually to address the specific training needs.
